I have been going to Hollywood Nails for quite a few years. I did take a few years off, but have always gone to them. I called today for an appointment in September John told me that too far away call back. Well it will be a cold day in hell before I ever ever go back there. His wife and sister-in-law and mother-in-law are the sweetest women you will every meet. John not so much. He is very rude. It's too bad, the girls are great. I wouldn't even give it a 1 start, but it's the only way I could post this.
One of the lesser quality manicures I've gotten. I have 3 different staff members doing my manicure. One staff member was just mindlessly filing my nails, looking out the window not even paying attention to my hands. There was very little product used on my nails (cuticle cream ex.) to top it all off the paint job was sloppy. There were air bubbles and dirt in the paint, and some nails weren't even completely covered. On the plus side they are very friendly.
Arrived for my appointment on time and was poorly greeted, asked to take a seat and then shown to the pedicure chair without being asked to first chose a color. The pedicure was nice but this salon lacks any sense of personal service and or a sense of appreciation for your business. Don't be fooled by the best of MV rating...will seek out another salon in the future.
I walked into Hollywood Nails with horrible hands - not only did they fix me up on that appointment, but the continued maintenance has been great. The staff is fun and professional. I will always keep going back!
This is my regular salon. I’ve been coming here for years! I get all my waxing, mani’s, pedi’s and tanning done here. The customer service is friendly and efficient and there is always a welcoming happy vibe inside the salon. Everything is clean and bright. It’s a busy salon so I would recommend making an appointment even if it’s just an eyebrow wax.
