Spent about 10 minutes total in this place, picking it up and dropping it off. Upgraded us to an SUV over a Compact, and extended drop off time. Pretty good when renting a car is the least stressful part of a weekend getaway.
Good, actually very good but for Hertz. The managers of this place think only about getting more and more money... I wouldn't recommend this place. They took 2000 dollars for a scratch I did not do. And I saw that scratch before I rent the car but they took them from my pocket... For something I DID NOT DO! Thanks. You lost one customer!
The Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend, the electronics in our car malfunctioned. Because we were facing a weekend holiday, the mechanic could not look at our car until Wednesday. On Saturday I called Budget Rentals and spoke to Kyle. He not only secured a car for us on Sunday morning, but he graciously accommodated us as we awaited our repair. He was understanding and flexible, allowing for the day to day updates. Kyle helped to save our vacation; his demeanor alone would be cause for high recommendation. Thank you, Kyle!
The young person at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Honest and did everything to make it easy for us to rent a car and get on the road right away. I recommend this place.
We had such a pleasant experience here this morning with Mike and Steve! They went above and beyond for us. We just got married this past weekend and wanted to rent a car for the day to explore the rest of the island. They upgraded us and every employee we dealt with congratulated us as well! They were quick pleasant and easy to deal with. They were so friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted!!!! We will definitely be back to the island and will only use them! Mike even took the time to make sure we knew how to operate the roof to the mustang. It's the little things!
